Biography.com captures the history and passion of individuals who left transcending footprints to human history. For this episode, we introduced “BreakBeat” Lou in a new light, who is a record collector, music lover and historian. He emerged to the Hip Hop scene from the 80s to 90s. He created Ultimate Breaks and Beats (UBB) and Street Beat Records, releasing 25 total compilation albums.
I teamed up with Stip who boasts amazing graffiti skills and art direction. It was a pleasure mixing his typography and my illustration to work in unison, perfect to portray Lou’s spirit.
